Many philosophy, structure, staffing, and focus changes within a short time period recently; leading to confusion and uneasiness. A majority of business comes from one client, making them overly dependent on them, and causing them to make questionable decisions. Decisions which may temporarily benefit the bottom line, but ultimately make it less of a special place to work for, or to work with, than it used to be.
