Vantaggi

Great pay and benefits Work-life balance is considered tough by some but in comparison to some other big pharma companies, it's fine This site has a growing sense of "team" The site is running full speed ahead now, previous management challenges seem to be gone The area around the site is a hidden gem, no desire to leave. Great culture, definitely a sense of "work hard but play hard" Product pipeline is insanely good

Svantaggi

There is continuous improvement but it isn't well organized; lacks solid foundation and understanding of "value add" Planning, scheduling, and link to marketing is clearly missing. Afraid to say "no" and balance production Global procedures are slow to change and seem to be built to justify existence of an overly large global unit. The manufacturing sites need more independence Class A falls far short of achieving World Class - lacks assessment of the culture Not sure how the company will keep up with the new products being developed

Vantaggi

The work is meaningful and overall the company vision aligns with my goals

Svantaggi

QA management has become inept. None of the leadership (aside from maybe one or two) truly understand the nuances of our site and jobs. They refuse to pay you more due to "budget" reasons but won't provide much information, they claim to be transparent but will make decisions behind your back and not communicate them, even if they impact you and/or your job. Leadership doesn't listen to feedback and gets defensive if you even try to give any. It honestly has become a game of politics only in QA and that's not really building any real quality culture.
