The last 24 months have seen the company triple in size, and is now a Fortune 500 company. I don't see this changing and expect more growth in the next 36 months. We are hiring!

The HR department is stuck in the past and really doesn't understand what the going market rate is for employees today. New hires are getting a higher compensation than their boss in some roles. Due to the hiring blitz, some new hires are not even qualified for their roles which is worse than leaving the position open. The CEO needs to recognize that there are more important issues at Generac than maintaining the stock price.
