Great people but zero perks - Recensione dipendente - IT Support presso General Dynamics Information Technology

Company offered health insurance but terrible and expensive plan options. No 401k match. No perks (food, gym, cell phone stipend). High turnover in the IT sector as people would use the job as a filler and move on within 6 months to a year. A mix of 3 companies worked in the same roles and management would tell us not to discuss salary as some employees were being paid more for the same work.
