The pay is good. They have some good profit sharing and bonuses.

Too many contractors - they get laid off depending on the companies contracts while keeping 'deadwood' employees because it costs too much in severance pay. Have an exit strategy! They don't design to the highest standards. Payment milestones trump engineering excellence.
