Most people only work here because they have golden handcuffs. Lots of people burning out due to extra workload of vacant positions. Company is constantly letting people go without reason. Very little job security. Work/Life balance is very poor. Expect to come in early and stay late. Company can't retain younger workers. They usually leave within 12 months. Average worker age is very old compared to other companies. Old boys club, full of political games. Need to play if you want to get ahead. Boom and bust industry. Future business outlook in Canada is dim.
