Generally fair treatment of employees, although the evaluation system is being corrupted. Work can be technically challenging. Pay and benefits are good.

Increasingly political over the past few years, with the evaluation process corrupted to "justify" laying off less favored employees. Very poor senior management - not willing to make the necessary changes to make the company competitive in a changing environment. Very limited potential for growth, again due to favoritism, politics and the diversity fetish. Current layoffs were understandably the result of the downturn in the defense industry, but the laid off seemed to be disproportionately older.
