Very top heavy company. Too many managers and too many levels of managers. Everyone throws each other under the bus to make themselves look better. Lots of racists and bigots with no idea about the modern corporate world. Diversity training needs to be dramatically increased. 1950's culture with too many older people still working there (average workforce age is 42, much higher than the national average).
