My experience working at this company was extremely disappointing. The workplace culture felt toxic, with poor communication, lack of support, and ineffective management. Employees were not set up for success, and expectations often felt unclear or unrealistic. The lack of professionalism and accountability from management made an already stressful environment even more difficult.
