Good company but beware of regular Lay offs - Recensione dipendente - Direct Sourcing Manager presso General Mills

Salary is on the low range Every 2/3 year they do another reorg. They recently hired a bunch =of VP’s from the West Coast that are disrupting the company ( good and bad) but usually lay off managers and lower people to compensate. It’s also a VERY corporate company. They are BIG on diversity but they don’t walk the line. You constantly have to kiss peoples butt to get “visibility”.
