Middle management sucks. No knowledge or no visibility what the subordinates working on. No Growth at all. If you are good at your work and can't showcase go to hell. Favoritism at its peak. Become a pet of your manager then u are automatically grown. Indian politics is better than GM's politics. I will not suggest to join any of my friends in this company. Yes if you want to work like in a GOV job then please join here. No expectation, no work ethics etc.
