People are smart and are able to get things done. People are willing to share information and mentor others. Volunteering within the communities we live are encouraged and supported. We are able to volunteer during our workday as well as through organized community outreach efforts.

The food industry as a whole is struggling, because of this we've gone through a lot of change. Lost co-workers to lay offs and are generally in cost cutting mode all the time. We have the same amount, if not more work to do with less people.
