      Work life balance isn’t the greatest. You work most holidays, weekends, and a lot of 12 hour shifts.

      The company is going through a super tough season. Lots of jobs being moved offshore and it feels like nonstop restructuring / job loss. Job security feels very tenuous and morale is low.
