There was no stability. Company was not doing well and furloughed once with no warning, then turned around 3 weeks later and let most of us go due to “financial hardships”.

There are no pros at Florence.

Awful company full of dishonest people. Favoritism runs rampant, and backstabbing is common. They mistreat their patients and their employees. So many fake people who will act like your friend, and throw you under the bus as soon as it suits them. Mismanagement of finances is a huge problem here. I'll be surprised if they are even in business a year from now. All problems come from the top, and it has ruined Florence.
