The owners are nice, they pay for interns.

Some people are very hard to work with, and the environment can feel quite tense at times. Although this is a fashion company, many of the roles are not necessarily related to design. A lot of the work is physical—lifting, organizing, packing, etc.—which is not what you'd expect from a creative job. For the amount of effort required, especially the manual labor, the compensation feels very low. Not worth it if you're hoping for a supportive design-focused workplace or fair pay.
