Significant number of management consultants work here which makes it heavily focused on data over people. Whilst this is a charity, it delivers poor value for money per participant as training costs are so high, but fails to deliver life-changing results for the majority of people who apply to its programmes. Really poor benefits packages, support for staff & job satisfaction in comparison to other charities in the education sector.
