      Field based job, so you look after your own diary. Decent company car.

      Management do not look after staff, they like to degrade them, talk behind their backs, and only look after themselves and their pockets. Not interested in training staff by any means, and most certainly not interested in personal company growth. Used to be a great company to work for, sadly certain depots going downhill fast

      An ability to progress your career to a certain point if you put the work in. Some good people, good holiday allowance and nice company cars.

      Too many middle managers, no clear direct report. Daily/weekly/monthly reporting that is a bit over the top. Yearly salary reviews were disappointing.
