      The pay. Some collectors make 6 figures

      Where to start.. *Collectors constantly break FDCPA violations, get the company sued and are not reprimanded on the contrary are rewarded for continuous bad behavior and many are top performers *Too many times rules change based on who asks and who you ask *Nepotism *The owner charges the collectors a 3% credit card fee for running card payments! This was never disclosed @ hiring and it is taken out of the fee supposed to be the collector's percent from collecting the payment. Again, never disclosed we would be responsible to pay that. How am I paying 3% credit card fee on my payments but I can't write them off @ the end of the year.. but the owner can...and also charges us ..? *The list goes on and on

      The view from inside is epic entertainment. The owner and his management team as the star cast. There’s money to be made.

      The owner. The management. The lack of direction. The lack of documented policies. One end is always played against the other for personal gain. There is no team work. The owner is a sneak and pays his way out of life. Zero life experience and zero collection experience until this company. They will find a cheaper wage to fill a seat just to save a dime. They break laws and try to cover rear. The company makes their own rules and treats their employees like they are nothing. You’re told one thing to be ignored future. The environment is awful. The people are just the same. This is not a place to enjoy your job/career.
