Flexibility is the only thing that keeps people employed here, because there’s definitely no room for growth, no structure, and lacks any type of organization.

Upper management gets away with retaliation against employees, embezzlement, and gross mismanagement. They have no clue how to manage a boat company. It’s a constant CIRCUS and somebody is going to end up getting killed in the fleet if this company continues to be “managed” like it is. Go elsewhere.
