Shameful company with some of the most fraudulent practices. The FT employees were given 15 patients/day. The facility where I worked was a factory. The documentation was redundant and time consuming but expected to do point of service which is unethical and compromises patient/therapist safety. Productivity was the driving force which resulted in compromised ethics, quality of care, and no time for therapists to care for themselves (breaks, hydrate, bathroom breaks). Documentation was frightful due to limited time and lack of training.
