Responsiveness of upper management is excellent, while communication is open and honest. Pay scales seem to be fair and reasonable compared to other comparable companies.

Balancing the mix of dedicated staff and unmotivated staff within the current nursing job market can be very challenging. While this is not a Genesis specific issue, it creates tension in the workplace that can be difficult to manage when there is no other resource to find new employees.
