As your review mentions a few key topics, such as productivity rates, 401k matches, and holiday pay, I'd like to provide more transparency on these policies to encourage further understanding of Powerback's current guidelines. 401k Matching— If you'd like to receive more information about our new discretionary 401k matching program, please feel free to create a new ticket with our virtual HR solutions center, which can be accessed via Rehab Central > HR > Online HR Solution Center. Additionally, for more details on this update, please see the "Important Benefit Announcements" email from our Rehab Communication account, sent to all staff on 12/19/23. Productivity Rates—To be transparent, our productivity rates are reviewed annually and adjusted as needed based on industry-wide statistics to ensure that they are in line with those of other national providers. Powerback takes pride in our commitment to clinical quality and clinical excellence, as well as using the Triple AIM approach, which is focused on improving patient outcomes and experience efficiently. As always, we encourage team members to have an open conversation with their supervisor at the site level if they have any concerns regarding productivity rates. Holiday Pay- As a healthcare provider, rehab care is available 365 days a year. In 2016, we expanded our clinician Personal Hours to provide more flexibility around observed holidays and personal needs. Today, full-time Therapists and Assistants accrue up to 64 paid personal hours per year, based on hours worked. This change allows for flexibility in choosing days of observance based on your individual beliefs/interests. Beginning in 2023, full-time and part-time, non-exempt gym/center-based staff (this includes Powerback Rehabilitation To You staff) were compensated for any hours worked on Thanksgiving Day. We know that a simple review response may not answer all of your questions or address all of your concerns listed above.
