1.TLs and management are too partial with employees. They only give chances to their favorite ones. 2.They only listen the concerns of employees, does'nt take any action towards the valid problems. They only pretend that they are working on it. 3. They have a lot of trust issues with their employees. 4. Salary structure is not good. 5. Seniors are too rude. 6. Only 4-5 people rule here.. If they don't like you then it will be more difficult for you to survive here happily.
