Read between the lines and you will identify a company with a toxic environment and no people culture. 6 HR managers in 2 years says its own story. Senior Management stuck here like puppets with no real responsibility as CEO micro manages everyone. Fake directorship on Companies House as Board don't want to be named or held accountable for bad practice and only aim is the bottom line so CEO gets their fat bonus at the expense of staff development. Exploiting foreign workers trapped on work visas and/or encouraged to be set up as contractors so no staff benefits are offered. Avoid like the plague as this appears to be an overseas company winning UK contracts to send funds to Dubai base. And let's not forgot the bogus Google reviews employees have been pressured into posting as if they are a customer, plus the fake Recruitment service advertised on their website to harvest job seekers details and waste their time.
