We actually don't do that much outsourcing, but we are very diverse, with a global footprint and employees in approximately 50 countries. I hear you on the e-training; I agree that classroom training is nice, but as spread out as we are, online on demand training and webinars generally make the most sense. Please reach out to your HR Partner to talk about your specific concerns, because we do offer certain in person classes. Lots of changes right now, I know - hang in there! It will settle down soon.
