Since they bought interactive intelligence things have gone downhill. At first they said they will be laying off redundant postions and it will end in December. Well it hasn’t stopped. One day I came into work and there were security guards and they wacked a complete department. People are quitting and not being replaced. They just gave their job to someone else. Now management has said no job is safe. When you send someone a question via email or by vmail it is impossible to get an answer.
