In addition to the review uploaded (search string : "Think twice before joining"). I experienced lots of issues within team out of which I would like to update few because of which I left the company. 1. Health insurance 2. HR and finance: I just want to say it is a big time joke in Hyderabad, in the finance we have someone who don't know why he/she got hired ? I am happy with my current organization and work profile now, Yes they don't comes under BEST PLACE TO WORK but they have a strong backup and consistency compared to Genesys. For the sake of god, think of your family and dependencies before joining this organization. 3. Useless team mate (specially my seniors) 4. NO JOB SECURITY MANAGEMENT AND SITE LEAD ARE AWESOME ALL THE WAY.
