No managerial nagging of work flow order - responsibility of the work depends on the individual and only streamlining done to achieve maximum efficiency. 3. visibility of work is till upper management, recognizing individual contributions, tremendous scope to learn SIP/VoIP and Contact Center technology.

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
