      I love your headline and let%E2%80%99s be honest, I feel the same way. Our leaders from top to bottom are great to work with. They understand that people need to feel supported, continually encourage in the role, and motivated to do their best to be satisfied at work. I%E2%80%99m glad you%E2%80%99ve experienced that.       Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
