Lots of great, genuinely nice people that make the day-to-day work life fun, interesting and motivating. The company has a solid strategic direction moving forward which is helping employees to focus.

      Although it's well-founded that the company continues to refine its processes in order to improve, they change often enough that it's occasionally hard to stay current; compounding the issue is the constant bombardment of information which makes it difficult to extract important details and priorities.

      Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
