11yWe agree that Genesys is a very supportive environment. We do see your point on the importance of classroom learning which is why each Associate starts out in a 1-2 week in-person Boot Camp. Recognizing that everyone has a different learning style, we utilize several different methods during the six months of training following boot camp including case studies, online classes and mentoring to ensure that all learning styles are addressed. We appreciate the feedback!
