      Office culture is great: no need to work controlled by a time-clock. Time off policies are open: you simply need to discuss them with your manager. There is a "work hard, play hard" type of culture, so it is a great place to work for self-motivated folks.

      Company was bought by private equity investors and since then tolerance to both employees and customers have changed (reduced). Personal growth is limited: you need to build a strong network of internal allies to be able to internally grow in the organization.

Regarding your comment about our investors, I have worked for companies financed by private equity firms in the past, and I am pleased to say that Permira is very different. They don’t only care about numbers; they care about people and actively encourage us to invest in talent. Their distinctive culture is a critical part of their global, multi-location and multi-sector approach, emphasizing collaboration, communication and team orientation. Our other owners are equally invested in our internal community, encouraging us to continue to develop our culture and independence since our spinoff from Alcatel Lucent in 2012.       Favoritism amongst certain individuals and teams. I've heard that some sellers were removed from accounts just as they were going to close deals and therefore lost their commission. The messaging is that you can speak to any leader but that is not always the case.
