I worked with an excellent team and enjoyed the work I did. The Indy campus was nice because of the health center, the gym, and the cafeteria.

Genesys lied to us about our job security and then laid off all of the skilled engineers on my product to hire cheap labor in India to replace us. They preach "empathy," but didn't seem to have any when they laid off people with disabilities or people who were the only income in their families. The new employees were severely underqualified and undertrained and it turned into a major disaster, effectively leaving customers with no support on a product they spent thousands on. Genesys did nothing to remedy the mess and ultimately killed the product. After witnessing this disaster, I have no doubt that they will repeat it with other employee grouos because the people making the decisions at the top don't understand what the front line workers do and only care about making the company more money. It's definitely a culture of greed.
