Thanks for your thoughtful post! I agree that for many of us, working at Genesys can feel like a family, and it's one of the great things about our culture. The recently formed Elevate group is a great example of how much employee-driven initiatives are supported; this is also true of our charitable giving Make a Difference program and our innovation group Gennovators. I also agree with you that the only good coffee machines at HQ are in our big Cafe G area, but have decided that going to another floor to get the good coffee increases my chances of meeting other employees doing the same thing and gives us a all a chance to take a break and say hi to each other!
