People are passionate about what they do, the benefits and bonuses are great, and the offices are really nice with perks like a gym and an affordable cafeteria. People are genuine and supportive. You’re given the space to try new things, grow, and keep learning, while still being encouraged to push yourself and improve.

Nothing really comes to mind. It’s a fast-paced environment, which might not be for everyone, but it works well for me.
