As a developer, you get to work on very interesting products using cutting edge technology. 3 weeks vacation to start + they give a week off at Christmas (not guaranteed, but they have always done it since I have been there). Can be a bit difficult to advance if you are looking for the fast track to a management position. Company is transitioning from small to medium size and it no longer has that tight-knit family feel to it.
