Nice people, good in-house subsidized bistro where you pay with your employee badge to deduct from your pay directly. 2 gym facilities accessible by employees for free. Can be a bit crowded at times as one of them is rather small. Minimal equipment and lacking in some aspects, but does the job overall. About average pay, but lots of opportunities and plenty of technologies to work with given the dozens of development teams working on nearly a hundred different project.

Most benefits are in-person, with a push to get employees back to the office more and more since 2023. development processes can be slow, long release cycles due to the size criticality of the product which can be painful for developers coming from CI/CD environments.
