None - Company was founded on a core of lies and deception. Original talent is leaving and new talent is not staying. There are still a few hard working individuals left at the company from its original build that continue to work hard hoping for a return on their complete commitment.

Everything about this company was wrong from the start. Founding without proper leadership which lead to internal fights of different department heads and company officers as they claim control and territory. This led to the founding of the culture of the company. Moving all control to Boston, MA USA with all the money coming from RIOVANT in New York City, NY USA. Original Canadian company was left leaderless and out in the cold. The new leadership eventual brought on board only to have them operating around existing NDAs with old employers so certain procedures had to be done for internal communications in order not to get hit by lawsuits. Members of ownership and C-levels would always result in resume quoting on why they were right. Lots of "Do you know who I am" followed by employment history. Not a way to build faith in leadership. Hefty amount of "dont do what I do" First Class travel and expense everything to the company while regular employees work out best way to leverage used equipment to build a pipeline. Leading to the rampant racism and classism of management in all locations. Canadian officers being openly hostile of US employees. US officers doing the same to everyone. A regular presence of open racism towards anyone that was not white. All locations had hostile actions towards everyone that was not white from the NY office.
