Some managers are supportive and accommodating, offering flexibility with time off and understanding that life can be hectic. The work itself is manageable, and there are many great colleagues to work with.

Upper management is frequently disorganized and plans poorly, often changing their minds without proper communication. Pay is extremely low, and benefits have been steadily declining. There are no raises, despite promises made. Upper management is rarely present or engaged in the business. Promises of raises and the restoration of benefits, made years ago, have proven to be empty, with no action taken to fulfill them. Upper management is cheap, and the investors behind the company are solely focused on their own profits, showing little regard for employees or their well-being.
