There are absolutely NO pros to working at Genpact. If you are offered a job at Genpact don't take it if you value your mental and physical health. It will be hell from day one onward.

Genpact is an Indian owned company. The executives and managers from India think they are better than the US workers. They are rude and ignorant to deal with. HR Leadership is a joke and has no idea of HR practices. HR Leadership is lazy and just wants to fire eveyone rather than provide employees with the proper training and tools to be successful to do their jobs. You are set up for failure as soon as you are hired and start. There is alot of "high schoolish" nonsense that goes on with the employees and management allows it. Working at Genpact is like working in a daycare.
