Purely a BPO. can never be an IT/ software company. BPO culture - absolutely pathetic for people joining from IT/software companies. All managers and leaderships from BPO, least educated, not at all technical, cant understand technology. one word description- purely dumb managers.Client = customer and project = process is all the know. They should join some sales/marketing jobs coz IT/software cannot fit them. Once your project is over you will be asked to resign. cannot handle bench if you are in band 4 and above.
