Forced to go to this company from my previous employer as my prior was outsourcing my job to Genpact. They give the illusion of supplying training but a lot of busy work and I found India colleagues to use a lot of AI to complete training assignments as there was a lot of exact duplicate answers. In 15 mos I spoke one on one to supervisor twice. Trained my India colleagues and then was let go after 15 mos. Very unorganized.
