The flat structure makes it easier to approach people

The company has a very unstable hire and fire policy . They tend to fire people irrespective of their performance based on the kind of quarter they had. They fire people without any notice or severance randomly without any reasons. There are close to no resources available for trading, learning, everything People are mostly not helpful. The culture is very relaxed, almost to a point where it becomes unfavourable for learning. That's not good in the long term.
