The MD is old fashioned and spends far too much time looking at tracker information to find out where his reps are. If you are at home making phone calls to make appointments, producing quotes and following up quotes to get accounts opened and trading; he thinks you are not doing the job because you aren't out there in the face of your customers with your order book.

Very down to earth and a professional business, very warming when joining as someone new. Highly recommend this company. For anyone seeking a driven, motivating family environment, this is the place for them.
