Excellent company culture, work from home option, nice employees and beautiful office space.

I haven’t experienced any down sides .

Good people in certain areas, benefits, bonuses on performance if company performs well.

They overwork you, no training at all, management only cares about their roles and you have to go 500 directions to get anything done. Vendors don’t care about deadlines. Pay is way less than average and no gratitude for what you do. Only favorites get praised.
