Extremely toxic culture and management. Monthly anonymous surveys/polls to submit internal feedback to management that are actually not anonymous. Borderline unlawful, very unethical. Success is not measured by team efforts, individual performance and a cut throat / competitiveness mindset toward colleagues is a core value. Very inexperienced and unprofessional management overall. Unable to handle criticism and only focused on short term economic gain at the expense of user experience. I’ve seen people’s personal information being leaked to third parties unlawfully more than once, and practices that are borderline illegal.
