      Decent work environment to work at by industry standards as long as you get your work done.

      Can be stressful at times, management have some temper issues, communications can be tough due to many different languages. Pay feels low compared to what headlines like to promise us these days, maybe it's the industry, hard to say. Management is also really old in general, and that brings its own set of problems.

      Five and a half days of work, salary is average and growth is very slow, and salary is not paid on time and is always delayed, there is no company culture and poor welfare like no New Year Eve half day off. If you just want to live a stable life, maybe it is right for you.
