Regular non paid overtime (almost everyday you'll find yourself working one or more hours for free, not compensated with neither extra salary nor vacation). In many teams you are expected to work on weekends (off contract) with no compensation. In theory employees work on a flexible schedule, which is supposed to mean you are expected to work 8 hours during the day distributed as you please. What it actually means is that you'll find yourself forced to be always available, so almost no actual chance of personal development or projects outside of the company. Despite some employees are receiving competing salaries, they tend to be low for the majority of the cases and definitely not in par with the cost of living in Madrid.
