They spare no expense to make sure that you're up to date with the latest and greatest technologies and write the cleanest code. The CEO Suvajit has been more of a mentor to me than a boss in my time here. His main goal is to sculpt individuals into the best version of themselves. No real cons , if you want to grow in the field and have the right people around you to ask questions to , this is the place. The pay may be slightly lower compared to most MNCs but what you'll learn and experience is invaluable.
