+coworkers and mgmt are friendly +occasional free snacks, lunches, desserts for holidays +room to grow/move around depending on experience +type of work is somewhat interesting and not too challenging +some health benefits

-mgmt doesn't always communicate well -orders get backlogged very suddenly, not because of slow machinists -occasional pressure from mgmt to rush and fulfill backlogs -routine can get a bit boring -health benefits are low ($40 for 2 yrs for eye exam) -pay is okay but could be better

Nice people, interesting projects, interesting technology

Vishay Precision Group took over and demolished R&D. Incompetent persons were promoted in management positions and destroyed what was an nice engineering team.
